Welcome to the Global Behavioral and Wellness Alliance (GBWA), a nonprofit organization based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our mission is to improve the lives of children and families affected by autism and other behavioral challenges by increasing access to life-changing pediatric therapies. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Services: GBWA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in need. Our services are provided in accordance with the principles of ABA and are based on the latest research and best practices. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.
Confidentiality: GBWA respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose any client information without the client's written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to protect the client or others from harm.
Payment: GBWA operates as a nonprofit organization, and our services are provided on a sliding scale based on clients' ability to pay. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Cancellation Policy: If a client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that they give at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability: GBWA is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied
